I just wrote Icarly (the name of a popular Nick TV Show) on the web searcher and one of the first pages I say showed me something about "iBloop". Then I wrote the keywords "iBloop iCarly" on the searcher and i was able to know that's the name of the 14th episode f the season 3 of iCarly, which was aired April 17, 2010. You can find more information of that in the page icarly.wikia.com/wiki/ibloop, which is one of the first search results I noticed.
Another page that talks about the episode is justjaredjr.buzznet.com in which you can see info about the episode. For instance, it tells us that during the episode we will be able to see never-before-seen bloopers. The search results that directs us to wiki.answers.com answers the question regarding if iBloop is the last episode of iCarly. There the author of the answer says that it is not the last one and the producers want to do more seasons.
Among the search results of "ibloop icarly" you will see videos about the episode on sites as youtube.com and vimeo.com.
