Video Games Addiction? A Possible Solution

Video games addiction is a real problem. As any other addiction, the person suffers much anxiety and anger when he or she can’t play video games. Some signals of this kind of addiction are that the person spends many hours per day to play and even prefers to do that instead of going out with the family and friends. How to handle the problem? One advise is to avoid playing for a period of time. During that time the person has the work of finding one or more activities that could make him or her not feel any necessity to play video games in excess. This change will make the person happier because he or she will find more variety and possibilities in his or her life. When the person plays a game again, he or she will enjoy the game and won’t fell an extreme necessity of doing that as happened before.
